Hi everyone, I am Macmans Chinenye Ndukwu a Professor of agricultural and bioresources engineering at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike . I am a lecturer and researcher with interest in technologies and process parameters for developing efficient processing techniques and equipment for value addition to agricultural products . Currently, I develop and evaluate solar dryers for drying agricultural products , evaporative coolers for pre-cooling of fruits and vegetables, crop processing machines for primary processing of tropical crops.
