Victoria is a Uganda National working with the National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO) as a knowledge management Officer. A position she has held since 2014. Victoria is responsible for coordinating all knowledge management efforts in NARO including developing KM policy frameworks. Under her leadership, a knowledge management policy and strategy have been developed.
