Dr. Anthony O. Esilaba is an Independent Consultant with a PhD in Agronomy specializing in Soil Fertility/ Soil Chemistry. He has worked at the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO) as the Assistant Director Natural Resources Systems from 2015 to 2021. His responsibilities were national coordination of research programmes that included soil and water management, integrated soil fertility management, land use planning, irrigation, drainage and management of problem soils. He has more than 35 years’ experience as a research scientist.
